About TNUA2020-06-23T16:12:59+08:00

Based on traditional culture, the humanistic spirit fosters artistic creation, performance and academic research talents in order to create new opportunities for artistic development.

Adhering to the spirit of “set foot on Kuandu, look at the world”, TNUA is not only Taiwan’s leading art school, but also the leader of the Asian League of Institutes of the Arts (ALIA). At the same time, it has 7 major art and cultural fields, including music, art, drama, dance, film and new media, cultural resources, humanities, and various professional exhibition halls on campus. Its integrity and comprehensiveness are rare at home and abroad. Education and practice echo each other and make use of each other to form an excellent field for artistically talented people.

Xueyuan Road

The One.It means divergence, pointing to ambiguities and signifying utmost and complete praise to the unnamable. It subtly responds to the daily praxis and bodily fate of those on the mountain. There seems to be no magic but there is manifestation of absolute ness at every corner. We cannot but give it a plain nomenclature: creativity.

The One. It is our collective nomenclature, and it is even our fate. Other people’s fantasy is our daily praxis. It is both a reality and a direction towards glory of tomorrow. It often traps us in psychological predicaments, because psychological predicaments are the foundation of art, and we are constantly blessed by the One.
